Promote Wellbeing
Things that enhance the mind, improve mood and promote wellbeing:
- Adequate rest and relaxation
- Anti-oxidant rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and wholegrains
- B vitamins: folate, B12 & B6
- Daily breakfast
