Apricot, Banana & Spirulina Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to use those soft banans from your fruit bowl.

Tip:Try freezing soft bananas in plastic bags, either with the skin removed or not, they will make your smoothie thicker in texture.

8 apricot halves (canned or fresh)

1 banana

1 kiwifruit

1 tablespoon honey

150g pottle low-fat fruit yoghurt

1 teaspoon spirulina powder
