Calming Herbal Tea

  • 4 lemon balm leaves
  • 2 cups boiling water

  1.  Place herbs and water into a teapot.
  2.  Steep for about 5 minutes.
  3.  Strain and add honey to taste if you want a more soothing herbal tea.
